Seminar Presented in General Trailers Outside Display Tent

"ODOT COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY ANALYSIS (CSA) UPDATE"

Friday, February 24, 2012 - 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm and Saturday, February 25, 2012 - 11:15am - 12:15pm

This seminar will take place on Friday, February 24, from 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm and Saturday, February 25, from 11:15am - 12:15pm. The seminar will be presented at General Trailers outside display Tent on Friday of the conference. ODOT will also have an inside display booth during the conference this will give you an opportunity to discuss other concerns and questions you may have.

There will be opportunity for audience participation. Sue, Ken and Abe have the ability to adjust the seminar to suit those who are attending.

KEN NORWOOD - Compliance Specialist II, ODOT/MCTD Safety Enforcement, Springfield, OR

Ken Norwood has served the citizens of Oregon for 20 years. He began his State Government career after retiring from the United States Marine Corps. Ken’s first job was with the Oregon Public Utility Commission as a mail room clerk. He subsequently worked several years as a Registration Analyst. In January of 1996, Ken accepted his current position with the Safety Enforcement unit of the Motor Carrier Transportation Division.

Susan Combs, Compliance Specialist II, ODOT/MCTD Safety Enforcement, Springfield, OR

Susan Combs has 27 years of service with the Oregon Department of Transportation. In 1984, she began her career as an Auto Service Worker with Fleet Management in Salem, OR. Susan then accepted a position as a Motor Carrier Enforcement Officer serving in Ashland, OR & Eugene, OR from 1986 until January 1998. In 1998, she was promoted to her current position as a Compliance Specialist with the Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement unit. Susan has served in the Eugene/Springfield region since May 2001.

Abe Dunivin, Compliance Specialist II, ODOT/MCTD Safety Enforcement, Springfield, OR

Abe Dunivin joined the Oregon Department of Transportation in 2008. His current position is that of a Compliance Specialist conducting investigations and inspections for the Motor Carrier Transportation Division. Prior to joining ODOT/MCTD, Abe served on active duty in the United Sates Air Force for 20 years. Throughout his Air Force career, he conducted extensive investigations as an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist.
