The Oregon Logging Conference Foundation (OLCF) scholarship program is offered to students who are studying in forestry related areas. OLC will accept applications starting on January 10th of each year. The applications must be received in the OLC office no later than April 20th of the same year.

The OLC awards 5 to 10 scholarships annually; scholarships ranges from $750 to $1,500 each. The scholarship is available to help supplement costs of tuition and books. The scholarship will be sent directly to the recipient's school and deposited into the student's account. If a recipient does not attend college for the year scholarship is awarded the total amount of the scholarship will be returned to the Oregon Logging Conference.
The applications are reviewed by a committee of 6 to 8 of the OLCF board of directors. the final selection of recipients will be made at the OLC Spring meeting (May). Recipients will be notified by mail after that date.
The following guidelines must be met in order to apply for the OLCF scholarship:
- Applicants must be studying in the following areas:
Forest Operations Management
Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Welding
Other forest /timber industry related areas of study
- The applications must be received in the OLCF office no later than April 20th.
