Exhibitor Seminar - 1 OPL Credit
Friday, February 26, 2010
1pm - 2pm
Located in the Southwest Meeting Room of the Exhibit Hall
"Winch - Ology 101"
Presented by Bob Peterson
Allied Power Products Inc.
Bob's presentation is designed to make it possible for a non-technical person to understand the function of each major component in a winch (or hoist) and how they relate to each other in operation.
The information he will share is not product specific so the guideline and rules of thumb he presents can be applied to any winch or hoist regardless of type or size.
In addition he will review basic trouble shooting procedures and general safety guidelines.
An open class quiz at the end of the presentation will allow partiicpants to create questions for the group to discuss and answer.
